Hello everyone, my name is Das and I am from Calcutta. I joined Clariwell in the month of July for clinical research training. Along with the technical part, I was also provided with aptitude, personality development, presentation skill, soft skills, and many other things. Aptitude is very good, it starts from basic and gets to the advanced level also. When I had joined Clariwell I was a very shy type person but after starting my soft skills class, I got to present myself and I got out of the introvert part of mine and now I am free to talk and behave in a corporate world. As I am from another background of chemistry, but I found clinical research interesting and Clariwell trained me for that and completed their promise of getting me placed in an MNC as a Medical Coder.
