Hello All, I had joined Clariwell in the month of July. Before joining Clariwell I was a bit nervous and under confident and introvert as well. Thank u for the team of Clariwell that they taught me in technical sessions that what is clinical research, medical coding, How will you perform an interview? By soft skills we know the company culture, how will we sit there? How we will speak with our colleagues? How to crack an interview? Basically they increased the communication skills that helped me to crack the interview. As I am from the Bio group I don’t have much math’s portion so aptitude also helped me a lot because many of the companies take aptitude tests in the interview.
